Always returning to my favored spot, with no regrets. Helpful staff recommended local delivery on my first stay. It has everything I need – Free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and an Electric kettle. Looking forward to my weekend getaway.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Moscow. The location was unbeatable, situated in a central area close to shopping malls and attractions. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful, making me feel like I was at home. They even spoke fluent English, which made communicating a breeze. Additionally, the hotel had two adorable kittens, adding a charming touch to my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere.

Good location.
The first thought that the walls are made of paper - there was no soundproofing. I've heard all sounds from the next room.

This hotel may not have a flashy exterior with signs, but don't let that mislead you. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the Red Square. The staff here is friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service. Despite the small size of the rooms where breakfast is served, the breakfast spread is surprisingly varied and delicious. great value for money!
All was good, nothing to complain about.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - I could easily walk to Red Square and the Kremlin. Plus, it was tucked away on a quiet alley, so it was really peaceful at night. The staff were super friendly, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. I also appreciated that there was parking available for guests.
Hard to think of anything!

Pleasant, and very convenient.
Extremely difficult to find. It does not have a sign, and is tucked away in a dark alley.

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all the popular attractions in Moscow, such as Red Square and the Kremlin. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms and bedding were clean, providing a cozy and relaxing environment for the whole family.
My children wanted a play area or some entertainment options for kids.

This hotel has a fabulous location in the heart of the city with many tourist attractions just a short walk away. It’s also very convenient to Lubianka metro which makes getting around the city easy. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good quality served up in pleasant surroundings.
The entrance to the hotel could be more appealing and safer.

I liked that it was near the red square. But the room had not a chair not a table not a bedside abat jour, the bath tub did not have a plug.
The construction noises, the building is in renovation, the dust in the hallways, the staff was friendly but spoke no english and at night the garbage pick up in the courtyards woke although I was wearing hearplugs. The room curtains are not long enough and the day break ins regardless as whether they are drawn or not. Under these circumstances the hotel is not a bargain as I heard that on your site one could book the radisson for a Little more then Capital house.

The breakfast was quite delicious and filling, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The hotel was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops, and there were many popular attractions within walking distance.
The room I stayed in was incredibly small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the heating in the room was not sufficient, causing me to feel cold throughout my stay.
